Kreater Custom Fabrication ("we", "us") runs this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate the site and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses only what it needs to function:

• Essential sign-in cookie. When a staff member logs into the admin area, a secure session cookie keeps them signed in. It is set only after login and is required for the site to work — no consent is needed for strictly necessary cookies.
• Cookie-notice preference. When you dismiss the cookie banner, we store a small flag in your browser's local storage so we don't show it again. It contains no personal information.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies, and we set no third-party cookies.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts to display the site. This makes a request to Google's servers but sets no cookies.
• Instagram & Facebook. Links to our social profiles open those sites in a new tab. We embed no tracking pixels or social widgets; our feed is fetched on our server and shown as plain images.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form or subscribe to build updates, you give us details such as your name, email, phone, and message. We use them only to reply to you and, where you asked, to send updates.

These details are stored in our website's database (kept on our behalf by our hosting provider), and contact enquiries are also emailed to the shop through Resend, an email delivery service. We don't share them with anyone else or use them for advertising.

We keep this information only as long as we need it for that purpose, and we remove it sooner if you ask.

Your choices & rights

• Access & correction. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll respond promptly.
• Unsubscribe. You can opt out of build updates at any time — contact us and we'll remove you from the list.

We may update this notice as the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version, so please check back from time to time.
